How To: Create a User in SmarterMail
To create an email user in SmarterMail:
  1. Login into the SmarterMail web interface as the Domain Administrator
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Domain Settings in the left hand navigation
  4. Click on Users
  5. Click on New at the top:
    • Enter the Username
    • Create a Password
    • Confirm the Password
    • Add a Display Name
    • Enter a Reply Address
    • Select the appropriate time zone
    • Set the Mailbox size limit (default = 20MB)
  6. Other tabs regarding WebMail, Compose, Forwarding, Group, Plus Addressing and Signature are available for you to configure.
  7. Then click Save
